Set soil-grade depth for desirable mowing height. Example: If turf is to be mown below 1/2 inch, sod should be laid above the height of any solid foundations, including sidewalks, pool decks, paving, etc. |

Fertilizer requirements are similar to Floratam. |
SODDING |
Sod needs to be laid tightly without open spaces. |
All tracks made by forklifts or other vehicles must be raked prior to sod
being laid. |
IRRIGATION REQUIREMENTS |
Irrigate 1/2 inch immediately following sod installation. |
Irrigate daily until proper root growth has been established (3/10 of an
inch every morning). |
PESTS AND INSECTS |
Pest and water requirements are similar to Floratam. |
Unlike Floratam where the chinch bug is the main pest, bill bugs may affect
GN-Zoysia. |
Pest control is available through a variety of labeled pesticides. |
