Tharanco Lifestyles LLC Completes Acquisition of Dunning Golf Mike Elliott promoted to Executive Vice President NEW YORK, November 17, 2011 — Tharanco Lifestyles LLC today announced the acquisition of Dunning Golf has been completed. Terms of the deal were not disclosed. Ralph Dunning will continue to direct the design of the collection from his studio in Toronto. Sales, marketing, merchandising and operations will be managed from the Dunning Golf offices and showroom in New York. The company plans to exhibit at the 2012 PGA Merchandise Show in Orlando January 25 – 28 where Dunning’s newly developed Spring and Fall Collections featuring the company’s Interface Wicking TechnologyTM will be showcased for attending buyers to preview. Additionally, S. Mike Elliott has been promoted to Executive Vice President Sales, Golf for Tharanco Lifestyles LLC and will have sales management oversight for both Dunning Golf and Greg Norman Collection.
