Norman Representing Australia In TELUS World Skins Game

The TELUS World Skins Game returns to British Columbia's Predator Ridge this week, bringing with it one of the most star-studded fields the event has ever seen. Beginning Monday, the two-day event features five of the top names in golf, each representing a different country. World Golf Hall of Famer Greg Norman (Australia) highlights the all-world field, and is matched against fellow Presidents Cup captain Fred Couples (United States), Mike Weir (Canada), Colin Montgomerie (Scotland), and rising young star Camilo Villegas (Columbia).

The two-day event will feature nine holes Monday and Tuesday. Holes one through six will be worth $15,000 each, the next six $20,000 and the final six $25,000 apiece. The low score on each hole wins the prize money. If there is a tie for low score, the money is carried over to subsequent holes until there is a single winner.

Fans not able to attend can watch the telecast in high definition on TSN in Canada.

The TELUS World Skins Game is a highlight of the Canadian summer sporting schedule, not only for Canadian golf fans, but for the local community as well.

The 2008 TELUS World Skins charity partner is BC Children's Hospital Foundation, which supports the provision of expert care for the province's most seriously ill or injured children.
