Camilo Villegas

Colombia's Camilo Villegas played his first full PGA TOUR season in 2006, making 18 cuts in 29 starts, with two runner-up finishes. His performance the following year was consistent with the first, but in 2008 he broke through with two victories, and they came at a perfect time -- during the PGA TOUR Playoffs for the FedExCup -- where he won the BMW Championship and came back the following week with a win in the series' final event, THE TOUR Championship presented by Coca-Cola. The two victories earned him a second-place finish in the season-long competition as well as a $3 million bonus. He ended the season ranked seventh on the official money list -- his highest finish in three full seasons in which he has never finished outside the top 50 in money winners. He will certainly be an interesting player to watch at Harding Park in this, his first Presidents Cup.
