On August 26, 1995, Greg Norman sinks a 66-foot chip on the first playoff hole, to capture the World Series of Golf and become the leading money winner in PGA Tour history. Norman wins $360,000 in his third tour victory of the year raising his lifetime earnings to $9.49 million and overtake Tom Kite.

A total of 21 pros have shot 63 in a major championship, including Tiger Woods' record-tying round Friday at the 2007 PGA Championship. Greg Norman and Vijay Singh are the only players to shoot 63 in more than one major. Norman accomplishing that feat at The Masters and British Open while Singh pulled it off at the PGA Championship and U.S. Open.

GPS Industries Names New CFO To Guide Burgeoning Global Enterprise

VANCOUVER, BC, - GPS Industries Inc. (GPSI) , the world's leading provider of WiFi-enabled GPS golf management systems and targeted on-course media, is pleased to announce that Joseph (Joe) Miller has joined the Company as Chief Financial Officer.

Mr. Miller earned his Certified Management Accounting (CMA) designation in 1992 and has established considerable financial management and strategic planning experience with publicly traded firms in the energy sector. He comes to GPS Industries from TransAlta Corporation where he was Director of Financial Operations for that company's Energy Marketing division.

Jumeirah Golf Estates' Newest Community Breaks Ground

August 6, 2007

The CHI Development Group has broken ground at the Jumeirah Golf Estates with work commencing on its residential estate, the Lime Tree Valley. Due for completion at the end of 2008 and early 2009, Lime Tree Valley comprises 121 detached villas with interiors by Design Young and views over the Greg Norman designed 'Earth' golf course.
